Question:
I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 32-bit build 7601.
I was having 2 problems.
First problem, everytime I'm right click a folder in Windows Explorer Navigation Pane it makes stopped working.
Second problem, pressing Windows Key+E it makes appearing an error

After that error appears, Windows Explorer won't open.
I don't know why that problems happened?
